  • Mustard OilĀ  – 3 tbsp

Ingredients For Paste:

  • CurdĀ  – 1Ā½ cups
  • Cashewnut – ā…“ cup
  • GingerĀ  – a small piece
  • Onion, smallĀ  – 1 no
  • Garlic Cloves – 10-12 nos
  • Green ChilliesĀ  – 2 nos
  • Black PepperĀ  – 10-12 nos

ingredients For Curry:

  • OilĀ  – 4 tbsp
  • Black CardamomĀ  – 1 no
  • KalonjiĀ  – Ā½ tsp
  • ClovesĀ  – 4-5 nos
  • Green ChilliĀ  – 1 no
  • TurmericĀ  – Ā½ tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli PowderĀ  – 2 tsp
  • Coriander PowderĀ  – 1Ā½ tbsp
  • SaltĀ  – to taste
  • WaterĀ  – 3 cups
  • Garam MasalaĀ  – a pinch
  • Mint Powder – a pinch
  • Kasoori Methi PowderĀ  – a pinch
  • Coriander, choppedĀ  – handful

Marinating the Paneer

  1. Cube the paneer into bite-sized chunks, ensuring they are not too small to avoid disintegration while cooking.
  2. Spread the paneer chunks for marination, keeping the salt and chili moderate for a balanced flavor.

Cook The Marinated Paneer

  1. In the same pan heat oil and add black cardamom, kalonjiĀ  cloves and green chili.
  2. Add the prepare mixture of dahi Allow the mixture to cook, stirring continuously, until the oil starts to separate, indicating that the spices are well-incorporated and the gravy is forming.
  3. Introduce a blend of spices ā€“ turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt ā€“ to elevate the curry’s taste.
