Ingredients For Palak Paneer Lifafa Paratha

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1 cup plain flour (maida)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil for kneading
  • Plain flour (maida) for rolling

For the Stuffing:

  • 1 3/4 cups grated paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cup chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
  • 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter for cooking
