Ingredients for High Protein Besan dosa
For Dosa Batter:
- 1.5 cups besan (gram flour)
- 1/4 cups semolina (sooji)
- 1/4 cup curd
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric

For Paneer Stuffing:
- 200 grams paneer, grated
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1/2 capsicum, chopped
- 1 chopped tomato
- 4 tablespoons sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- 2 chopped green chilies

- Prepare Dosa Batter:
- In a grinder, combine 1.5 cups besan, 1.25 cups semolina, 1/4 cup curd, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, 3/4 tablespoon salt, and 1 cup water.
