Ingredients for High Protein Besan dosa

For Dosa Batter:

  • 1.5 cups besan (gram flour)
  • 1/4 cups semolina (sooji)
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric
  • 3/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup water

For Paneer Stuffing:

  • 200 grams paneer, grated
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1/2 capsicum, chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 4 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 chopped green chilies

For Cooking:

  • Oil for cooking dosa

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Dosa Batter:
    • In a grinder, combine 1.5 cups besan, 1.25 cups semolina, 1/4 cup curd, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, 3/4 tablespoon salt, and 1 cup water.

  2. Prepare Paneer Stuffing:
