Ingredients:

1.Amla powder (Indian Gooseberry) 2tbsp

2. Coffee powder 1tbsp

3.Onion seed ( Kalaunji) 2tbsp

4.Fenugreek 1tbsp

5.Mustered oil/ Coconut oil 100 ml

6.Henna Powder 1tbsp

Method:

1.Add Amla powder , coffee powder , kalaunji and fenugreek seeds in a grinder Jar and make a course powder.

2.Put a sauce pan on heat and add 100 ml mustard or coconut oil .

3. once oil get hot add powder and let the simmer on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

4.after 15 minutes add henna powder and let simmer foe 2-3 minutes.

5.Turn off the flame, allowing the concoction to cool down. Strain the oil to separate the infused goodness and store it securely in your chosen bottles.

How to use Ayurvedic Hair Oil

1.Use the oil in your hair thoroughly form scalp to length and leave for 1-2 hour.

2.followed by shampoo and conditioner .

3.For better results wraps hot towel around your hair.it helps to absorb oil better.
