Oats Beetroot Cheela/Chila

Ingredients  

1 cup instant oats  1 cup sooji/semolina  1 small Beetroot steamed  2 green chillies  1 inch ginger  1 tap cumin seeds  Water as required  Saltto ta ste  Ghee for cooking 

Roast the oats in a pan until they are lightly brown, and a little crisp. Let them cool down completely.

Add it in a mixer grinder with semolina and make a fine powder. Keep aside. In a small mixer jar, add Beetroot, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp water. Make a fine paste.

Add the oats mixture, beetroot paste, salt and water in a bowl. Mix it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes. 

Instructions 

Heat a griddle. Pour batter in the centre and spread to make a chila. Pour ghee and cook until both sides are crisp. Serve within green chutney. rewrite diffrently
